Nevada Schools Offering Associate Degrees in Nursing

In order to become an RN in Nevada, you must graduate with a diploma or an associate degree in nursing from a school that is approved by the State Board of Nursing. After successful completion of such a program, you will be eligible to sit for the NCLEX-RN exam. Once you have received confirmation that you have passed the exam, you may apply for licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Nevada. Additional requirements include possession of a valid U.S. Social Security number as well as being fingerprinted by the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
