Nurses in a management level position with a master's education make very good salaries from the high $70k to well over $110,000 a year. Nurse practitioners, along with the other specialties, will earn different salaries based on their area of specialization. For example, the mental health and psychiatric nurse practitioners seem to earn quite high salaries. Again, these salaries are highly dependent on location, employer, experience, education, training and other factors.
