The steps to become a practicing LPN in New Hampshire begin with completing an approved LPN program and then successfully passing the NCLEX-PN national licensure exam. Only LPNs with an unencumbered and current license can practice in the state of New Hampshire. LPNs can and are encouraged to pursue continuing education opportunities and certifications such as IV certification.
