Advanced Practice Nursing Programs in Texas

First and foremost, you must have a current, valid Texas RN license. You must also complete a formal nursing education program that focuses on a specific concentration of advanced practice nursing. Such programs must either be approved by the board of nursing or be accredited by a national accrediting body recognized by the board.
